Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa
Notes of dense black, anise, and blackberry appear up front followed by hints of dark chocolate. This wine unfolds in layers, beginning with a round and suple entry and progressing to a full, weighty structure on th epalate. The silky tannins produce a wine that is smooth from the start to finish.
Duckhorn Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
A plush and sophisticated Cabernet balancing age worthy acidity and integrated tannins with a soft fleshy texture. Classic aromas of black olive, black current, olive and mint are echoed on the palate alongside mineral undertones.
Pineridge Estate Cabernet, Stag's Leap
A nose of briar, blackberry, and blueberry is marked by mixed aromas of coffee, tobacco, and vanilla. Elegant in structure and balance. This medium to full bodied Cabernet is teeming with cherry, blackberry, and tobacco flavors with firm, cloaking tannins giving way to an extensive finish of berries and toast. This wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for ten years.
